Operational Capability and Training Officer

The Operational Capability and Training Officer will assist with the design and implementation of capability and training priorities in line with forest, fire and emergency management capability requirements, support administration and coordination of training and accreditation requirements, and administration of broader capability and preparedness programs.
**Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience and/or understanding of training and assessment across Forest Fire Management Victoria, including knowledge of AIIMS.
- Formal training and assessment qualifications are desirable, for example TAE40122 Cert IV Training and Assessment or similar.
**This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Loddon Mallee region with hybrid work arrangements available.**
