We are looking for an enthusiastic **Fast Food Manager** to join our team and help lead our store operations, manage staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a **Fast Food Manager**, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while delivering a fantastic customer experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of fast-food operations, and the ability to manage and motivate a team of employees to meet high standards of performance.

Responsibilities will include:

- Leading, motivating, and training new staff, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth operations, and a positive work environment.
- Overseeing the customer experience, ensuring that each customer receives quick, friendly, and high-quality service.
- Onboard and training new team members while providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Handling customer complaints, resolving operational issues, and making sure that any problems are addressed quickly and effectively.
- Creating and managing employee schedules to ensure sufficient coverage during peak hours while controlling labor costs.
- Monitoring sales, managing costs, and working to meet or exceed the revenue and profit goals.
- Managing day-to-day operations including inventory control, food preparation, cleanliness, and quality assurance.

**Experience**:
Previous experience as a Fast-Food Manager or any similar role in a food service management for at least 2 years.

**Skills**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitations regulations.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
