**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a In Store Inventory Manager for a large format department store in Bendigo. You will have a strong commitment to people and safety. You are a natural leader and can build strong relationships with your team and peers alike. This role requires you to be process driven person, with a hunger for achieving results.

**To be successful you need to have**:

- Inventory management experience in a medium/large big box retail environment
- A passion to prioritise safety first
- Is a strong leader and building strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, leaders, and all other stakeholders.
- Has previous experience with rostering, stock management and strategic planning
- Safety leadership, having driven and championed safety initiatives in a high volume environment.
- Strong organisation of large teams in following process
