**The Role**: We’re seeking driven and enthusiastic **Sales Representatives** to join our high-performing team. You'll play a key role in driving revenue, nurturing customer relationships, and making sure every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage prospective and existing customers using a consultative sales approach aligned with the customer’s buying journey
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships based on trust and credibility
- Confidently present and explain product features and benefits, ensuring alignment with customer needs
- Handle objections effectively while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay current on market trends

**Key Requisites**:
We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate:

- A deep understanding of the sales process, with an ability to align it with the customer's buying process
- Resilience, empathy, and enthusiasm — the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships
- The skill to match product features and benefits to individual customer needs, always using a thoughtful and ethical sales approach
- Integrity, honesty, and flexibility, along with strong energy levels and the ability to stay composed under pressure
