**About the Opportunity**:

- _ 1 full time Dental Assistant/Receptionist to work Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays._
- _ We are conveniently located in Westfield Knox in Knoxfield which is directly serviced with 11 bus routes just outside the main level. Enjoy all the perks of working in a 4-level shopping centre offering 450 stores_

**The Heart of the Role**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Handling payments
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience working at a local Australian Dental practice highly regarded
- Passionate about customer service / patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
