VEHICLE BODY BUILDER or METAL FABRICATOR REQUIRED TO JOIN FRIENDLY EXPERT TRUCK BODY BUILDING TEAM IN A SMALL GROWING BUSINESS LOCATED IN SILVERDALE-HIGHLY COMPETITIVE PAY RATE (with plenty of overtime available) AND PERKS (including the supply of company car, fuel, adflow helmet and safety gear) FOLLOWING A 12 WEEK PROBATION PERIOD AVAILABLE TO THE RIGHT TRADESPERSON

POSITION IS AVAILABLE FOR MID JANUARY COMMENCEMENT

The team at Kimber Trailers have over 30 years collective experience in the truck vehicle body building industry and require an energetic and skilful tradesperson or 4th year apprentice to join them. The successful applicant will be able to work cohesively in a positive team environment, as well as, have the ability to work independently.

All applicants are encouraged to ensure they meet the following criteria:

- Exceptional welding skills
- Ability to show initiative
- Competency in maintenance and repairs of truck bodies and trailers
- Competency in the manufacturing of tippers
- Competency in the manufacturing of flat trays
- Competency in the manufacturing of pig trailers
- A willingness to learn and diversify your skillset
- Attentive learner and detail orientated
- Experience in building tautliners/curtainsiders an advantage but not necessary
- Friendly and team minded
- 3RD and 4TH Year Apprentices encouraged to apply

The successful applicant must also provide 2 referees from previous employers or educators. Medical status is irrelevant.

All successful applicants will be asked to complete a weld test before being offered employment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $64,928.00 - $106,025.00 per year
