**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly and consult with them about their desired look.
- Perform haircuts, beard trims, hot towel shaves, and other grooming services.
- Provide scalp treatments, hair washing, and styling services.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Recommend hair care products and provide styling tips.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service.
- Manage appointments and walk-ins efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest grooming trends and techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ Years proven experience as a barber or similar role.
- Proficiency in using barbering tools and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Preferred Valid state barber license.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of current grooming trends and styles.
- Experience with different hair types and textures.
- Sales experience in promoting grooming products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
