Our Client is searching for amazing Support Workers to join her already incredible team. Our Client absolutely loves putting her tunes on and listening to her favourite songs as well as spending time with her grandchildren and her fur babies.

Laughter is key so bring your smiles and humour as our Client has a great sense of humour and loves a chat. Her days can vary, she likes to have pamper days painting nails or watching a movie, and one day would like to be able to go on a holiday with her family.

Our Clients’ Support schedule includes the following shifts, 8.00am to 11.00am, 8.30am to 2.30pm, and 1.30pm to 4.30pm, seven days a week. However, it is anticipated that these hours could possibly increase. Support is required to assist with personal cares including catheter and bowel therapy care, meal prep and domestic support.

Your key responsibilities & accountabilities:

- To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered
- Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
- Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Client’s needs
- Provide support to our Clients as required
- Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
- Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required
- Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients
- To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals

To be successful you must:

- Resonate with the role description above
- Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives
- Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
- Hold or be willing to obtain NDIS worker screening or yellow card
- Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $39.99 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week

- Weekend availability

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
