**About the Role**

As a Warehouse Assistant, you’ll support both our warehouse and retail operations. You'll play an important role in the flow of stock and the dispatch of customer orders, while ensuring a clean, safe and organised work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate a forklift safely to move, stack, and organise stock
- Assist with picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
- Receive and check off incoming stock deliveries
- Replenish stock to retail and storage areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and dispatch zones
- Support retail staff with order-related queries and stock movement
- Follow all WH&S procedures and site safety policies
- Assist with seasonal store setups and movement of bulky items when required

**Requirements**:

- A current and valid forklift licence (LF) — _essential_
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or dispatch environment
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-focused environment
- Attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Able to take direction and work independently when required
- Willingness to pitch in across teams when needed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $31.19 - $46.47 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 38 per week
