**The Role**

Southpaws is excited to announce a prestigious pportunity for an ECVS-endorsed surgical residency.This program is designed for veterinarians who are passionate about advancing their surgical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.

As an ECVS surgical resident at Southpaws, you will work closely with our experienced Multidisciplinary team, gaining invaluable hands-on experience with complex cases and advanced surgical techniques. **What We’re Looking For**
- A veterinary degree registerable in Victoria
- Previous rotating or surgical internship completion
- Two years of prior experience in general practice is desireable but not essential
- Previous publications or have already commenced a research project is desireable but not essential
- A genuine desire to be a part of our team practising the highest standards in veterinary care
- Passion and self-motivation for continuing education
- Professional and positive outlook
