The retail manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the our beauty stores in Rouse hill and castle Hill, ensure stock level and presentation are maintained as well as being the first point of call for junior employee queries.
- Main duties: _
- Be responsible for all retail shops’ daily operation
- Ensure store/shop is presentable at all times for management
- Assisting to manage rostering of staff
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for management
- Stock control and inventory
- Meet sales target
- Maintains store manager job results by coaching, counselling, disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints to maintain the store’s reputation
- Manage the refund process and balance transactions at close of business with management
- Assistant in decision making on promotion needs; enhance sales performance; clearance sales needs; studying trends
- Liaising with head office
- Maximising profitability for the business through promotional activities on an ad-hoc basis

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as retail manager or retail operation manager at lease 2- 3years
- Sales/products awareness
- Understand buyer’s trend and behaviour
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Outstand communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
- Excellent knowledge of retail management software
- Be good at team work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour
