**About the Role**:
**We’re searching for an experienced Merchandise Planner ready to take the next step in their career This is a fantastic opportunity to become the 2IC to our Head of Planning - a key role where your commercial mindset and strategic planning skills will directly shape the success of our business.**

**You’ll be responsible for leading and optimising sales, inventory, and financial planning while collaborating closely with Buying, Retail, and Logistics teams to drive performance and profitability.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and maintain sales, inventory, and financial plans aligned with business objectives.**
- **Analyse historical data, market trends, and customer behaviour to forecast demand and build accurate sales projections.**
- **Manage and control Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets to ensure optimal stock levels.**
- **Lead and maintain Key Item planning, ensuring product availability meets demand.**
- **Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, stock, and financial health.**
- **Achieve 95% availability for All Year products and accurately forecast size curves for seasonal program lines.**
- **Partner with the Head of Planning to pre-plan promotions, pricing strategies, and markdowns to maximise sales and profitability.**
- **Collaborate with the Retail Team and Allocator on markdown and outlet stock movement strategies.**
- **Minimise stock consolidation back to the warehouse post-clearance through proactive stock and pricing management.**

**What You Bring**:

- **Proven experience as a Merchandise Planner, ideally in fashion retail.**
- **Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.**
- **Confident working with sales data, forecasting models, and financial planning tools.**
- **A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with Buying, Retail, and Logistics teams.**
- **Sufficient experience using WSSI.**
- **An appetite for career growth and the ability to step into a leadership role as 2IC to the Head of Planning.**
