We are looking for a reliable, presentable and detail-oriented Gutter Vacuum Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for using specialized vacuum equipment to efficiently clean and maintain gutters and downpipes, ensuring optimal drainage and protecting properties from water damage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate high-powered vacuum systems to remove debris, leaves, and blockages from gutters and downspouts.
- Conduct thorough inspections of gutter systems, identifying potential issues, and reporting them to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while working at heights and handling equipment.
- Work efficiently on residential and commercial properties, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Educate clients on the importance of regular gutter maintenance and recommend services as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring all safety measures are followed.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and materials used for each job.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in gutter cleaning, property maintenance, or a related field is desirable but not necessary.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders safely.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**How to Apply**:
