**We’re on the lookout for a Store Manager at our Booval Fair Store to lead and motivate a dedicated team that values our people, customers and the community.**

**As Store Manager, your responsibilities will include**:

- The ability to think BIG, long term and drive change through influencing others.
- Leading and managing a dedicated team
- Setting sales goals and driving sales
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Inventory management
- Recruitment, training and coaching of staff members.
- Team rostering to meet day-to-day store requirements and budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintaining a safe and organised store environment
- Establishing a good rapport with suppliers
- Communicating with upper management as needed.

**Experience in the discount variety industry is highly desired, but not essential.**
