Role 1 - Catering Assistant (Afternoon Shifts)
**Monday, Wednesday, Thursday**:
3:45 PM - 6:45 PM
**Total**: 9 hours/week
Role 2 - Catering Assistant (Split Hours)
**Monday**: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
**Wednesday & Thursday**: 3:45 PM - 6:45 PM
**Total**: 13.5 hours/week
Role 3 - Catering Assistant (Mix of Day and Afternoon Shifts)
**Thursday**: 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM
**Friday**: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM and 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
**Total**: 15.5 hours/week
Role 4 - Kitchen hand
**Monday**: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
**Friday**: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
**Total**: 16 hours/week
**Description**:
**What This Role Involves**:
Assisting with food preparation
Customer service - serving our residents meals and snacks
Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude
Prepare and present texture modified foods
**Skills and Experiences**:
Experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
