Glee Kids Music Director

All Age Music is looking for an energetic, caring and passionate music educator to lead our **Glee Kids Group Singing Classes**. Think mini Glee Club vibes—singing, movement, harmony and FUN—designed especially for 8-12 year aged kids who love to sing, perform, and express themselves through music.

Established in 2010, All Age Music has grown into one of Sydney’s most vibrant and inclusive music communities. From piano to pop vocals, we believe in enriching lives through music—not just for students, but for our teachers too.

**About the Role**:

- Lead weekly **Glee Kids**sessions at **Stanmore**:

- Sessions are high-energy, structured but fun, and focused on vocal development, harmonies, light choreography, and confidence-building
- Prepare repertoire, engage students, and help shape a small performance at the end of each term
- Collaborate with the All Age Music team and contribute to the long-term growth of our Glee programs

**You’re Someone Who**:

- Loves working with kids and understands how to keep things both **educational and fun**:

- Can teach harmonies and lead group warm-ups and exercises
- Can play basic piano or guitar (or work with backing tracks confidently)
- Communicates clearly and kindly with kids and parents
- Shows up with a **positive, can-do attitude** and brings creative flair to rehearsals
- Is reliable, well-prepared and values being part of a community of teachers

**Requirements**:

- **WWCC** (Working with Children Check)
- **Availability Tuesdays 5:45 - 6:30pm** during school terms
- Confident leading group singing and teaching harmonies
- Previous experience working with children in a music or performing arts context
- Vocal training or relevant education
- Ability to attend **one performance per term**

Pay: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour
