Marketing Specialist

We are a rapidly growing furniture importer and wholesaler, supplying contemporary and modern-style bedroom, living room, dining room, and mattress products to major Australian retailers since 2016.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to drive our expansion into the online market. This is a full-time position based in Revesby, NSW.

**About the Role**
- Marketing Campaigns & Advertising_:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product sales.
- Plan and execute advertising strategies across digital, print, and other channels.
- Content Creation & Coordination:_
- Coordinate all marketing production, including furniture photography, lifestyle imagery, video content, and copywriting.
- Market Research & Analysis:_
- Conduct market research on consumer demands, preferences, and trends in modern furniture styles.
- Commission market studies to gauge demand for new products prior to import.
- Promotion & Marketing Mix:_
- Identify opportunities to promote our contemporary furniture product lines.
- Advise on the marketing mix, including product assortment, pricing, promotion, and placement.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:_
- Analyze sales data to evaluate pricing strategies and marketing ROI.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide detailed marketing reports and recommendations.
- Online Presence Management:_
- Manage our online presence, including the e-commerce website, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team on product launches and marketing rollouts
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail/product marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics (SEO, SEM, social media etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities,
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Mandarin language skills are an advantage
