Evolution is seeking independent contractor trainers and assessors to deliver training across the following areas:

- Patisserie (Practical & Theory)

This opportunity will give you a chance to:

- We will offer fixed schedule working days and hours for each teaching period.

Evolution Hospitality Institute is one of Sydney's' leading hospitality colleges, located right at Town Hall; We deliver training over seven days.

You will be an excellent and positive communicator who can deal with a diverse range of students and collueages alike. You will be able to transfer your seasoned industry experience into an engaging and insightful learning journey for your students. Our students come from all over the globe, and your ability to create an inclusive learning environment will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivery and facilitation of units in line with allocated class schedules meeting ASQA Standards
- Work with the Academic leadership team to ensure the accurate, compliant and timely submission of all assessment outcomes and reporting requirements.
- Ensure the integrity of your delivery and engagement of your presentation is of the highest level.
- Opportunity to develop learning material and assessments

Essential Qualifications / Experience
- **Minimum of 5 years of post-trade industry experience**:

- **Minimum of 2 years of training and assessor experience with a Registered training organisation**:

- **Industry Currency**:

- **Certificate IV TAE40122 or equalivent**:

- **Certificate III or IV in Patisserie**

Independent contractors are required:

- to be registered as a company or sole trader; requiring an Australian business number(ABN) or Australian Company Number (ACN);
- be registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST);
- maintain liability and indemnity insurance coverage ( workers compensation - as legislation requires; public liability — not less than $20,000,000.00; and professional indemnity — not less than $20,000,000.00);
- must maintain currency and professional development; and any other regulatory obligation as legislated by the governing bodies.
