About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced creative professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative concepts and design assets that align with our brand, meet compliance standards, and effectively communicate our message.
You should be confident using a variety of design tools and proficient in 360-degree campaign strategy and ideation. This includes synthesizing information, generating campaign ideas, developing assets, and delivering final output formats. Additionally, you will have demonstrated knowledge and exploration of AI technologies.

**Role Location**: Melbourne, VIC
What will your day look like?
Taking part in integrated Campaign ideation and being able to articulate the concept in presentation decks, often presenting directly to stakeholder teams.
Crafting concept and final file design assets for a range of digital and print channels,
Expert use of research and insights, while being cognisant of the regulatory environment the bank operates in.
Expert use of Adobe Creative Cloud software/Figma to leverage and create output according to global best practice.
Ensuring assets produced are consistently of high quality and aligned with brand guidelines, across all customer interaction points.
Proactively engaging and facilitating collaboration across the Marketing team and building relationships to generate value.
Keeping track of, and demonstrate the ability to adapt to, new trends and technologies (with a specific focus on AI).
Continuously looking for ways to improve, innovate and challenge the status quo.
Conducting stakeholder engagement and being a great communicator, ensuring business partners are delighted and confident of shared outcomes.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
10+ years’ design/art direction experience with a focus on creative campaign ideation and delivery
Experience compiling or contributing to presentation decks and processes
A proven track record of digital asset creation, inclusive of final file delivery
A propensity to experiment and innovate
Collaborative, tenacious, curious, energetic and open-minded inclination, with a strong sense of what makes people tick, and the ability to hone in on the ‘why’
A team player, energised by collaborating and building relationships across different areas of the business
Success in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder owned projects, navigating stringent regulatory and compliance requirements, and prioritising to meet tight timelines
