**Position Title**: Office Cleaner

**Employment Type**: Casual _(with potential for permanent placement after a few months)_

**Hourly Rate**: $31.21 plus Superannuation
**Location**: Booragoon, WA
**Schedule**: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12:30 to 18:00

**Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
Ensure all areas are kept clean, hygienic, and presentable
- Conduct routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping
Clean and sanitise toilets, kitchenettes, and communal spaces
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed

**What We Need From You**:
To possess a valid Driver’s Licence and own vehicle
- Be able to lift, carry, kneel, perform cleaning tasks, and stand for 4 hours or more
Hold a recent National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
Ability to pass random medical and drug & alcohol tests
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but not essential, full training will be provided
