We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join our **Admin Team** at our southern suburbs depot based in Jandakot.

**About the Role**

In this full-time position (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday), you’ll assist with a range of administrative and office tasks, including:
- Managing reception duties and providing excellent front-of-house service.
- Revenue reconciliation and accurate financial record-keeping.
- Supporting accounts and payroll functions.
- Performing detailed data entry and general administrative duties.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and general computer skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

While prior experience in reception or administration and/or a Cert III in Business is preferred, it’s not essential.
