Virtual Banking are the customer service specialists of the Westpac Group, providing the best service over the phone, to millions of our customers every year. Our aim is to provide a seamless banking experience for our customer, with a goal of being one of the world's best contact centres.

**How will I help?**
As a Consumer Connect Banker, you’ll be the friendly voice guiding our customers through their banking journey. You’ll handle a variety of customer inquiries, from simple account balances to complex product-related issues. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential as you build rapport and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Providing top-notch customer service through inbound calls
- Resolving customer inquiries accurately and promptly
- Promoting Westpac products and servicesContributing to a positive customer experience

**What do I need?**
We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for helping others. You’ll need strong communication and problem-solving skills to excel in this role. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- A positive and can-do attitude
