We are looking for an **ADMINISTRATION - OPERATIONS SUPPORT **for our client based near CANNON HILL
**TEMP TO PERM ROLE**
**IMMEDIATE START**
**Suitable for anyone looking for PART TIME or FULL TIME hours**
**Duties included, but are not limited to**:
- Accounts payable/ receivables
- Payroll
- Organising inductions/training for staff
- Answering phones
- Data entry
- Microsoft Word (Advanced)
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
- Raising purchase orders
- Assisting with estimating/quotations
- Invoicing
- Simpro job management software
- Sourcing quotes from suppliers
- Previous administration experience
- Reliable transport
- Availability to work between 8am - 4pm
- Availability to work 3 to 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
