Our dental practice is expanding and we are looking for experienced dental assistants to join our friendly team.

We invite & welcome those interested in relocating to regional Victoria and are please to be able to offer a relocation subsidy.

Generally our DA's are not assigned to assist one dr, instead working a rotating roster with a variety of mixed shifts across all areas of the practice including reception, steri and chairside assisting. We believe this model provides everyone with the opportunity to ulitlise and continue to develop all the all the dynamic skill sets that it takes to make an effective DA.

Senior DA (team leader) positions also available by request, depending on level of experience and career aspirations. We would like to support an already qualified Cert III level DA to complete their Cert IV Oral Health Promotion or Radiography qualification.

With x5 chairs and visiting specialists, this is a busy fast paced workplace with ample patients so we are excited to be able to expand, develop and support our team in their career ambitions.

**Role**

As one of our main dental assistant's, you will:

- Assist with the smooth day to day functioning of a busy dental clinic both chairside and on reception.
- Interact with patients in person and over the phone
- Provide support and assistance to Dentists in order to provide excellent clinical care
- Maintain infection control and conduct sterilisation duties as required
- Contribute to the overall continuous improvement and ongoing professional development philosophies of the practice

- Prior dental experience and /or Cert III Dental Assistant qualifications is required

- Dental reception: 1 year+
- Chairside dental assisting: 2 years+

**Salary**: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour
