**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement data analytics and innovation strategies that align with Business & Wealth goals and objectives.
- Lead Board Strategy Review (BSR) process and strategic planning activities to identify impacts and opportunities, and secure investment for strategic data priorities.
- Design operating model construct for Lines of Business and Business Units to align with the overarching Business & Wealth data operating model.
- Manage the divisional operations of the Data Chapters including Data Management, Data Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, and Data Engineering.
- Drive Data Chapter adoption across Business & Wealth to shift workforce towards advanced data capabilities through upskilling and tooling, and create market-leading career propositions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key data initiatives and investment required.
- Identify opportunities to leverage data to drive business value and make recommendations to senior leadership.
- Translate data opportunities into business outcomes using financial metrics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to access the latest technology and innovation trends.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of internal stakeholders to build support for data science, AI, and innovation initiatives.

**Major Accountabilities**:

- Champion and embed our Group and Divisional data strategies across Business & Wealth.
- Develop Data Strategy and Operating Model transformation initiatives, including the design and implementation of Lines of Business and Business Units Data Operating Model.
- Develop and expand the Business & Wealth Data Chapter to onboard all data professionals, set the capability strategy, and oversee day-to-day Chapter operations.
- Ensure people and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure the successful delivery of the Data Operating Model for Business & Wealth.
- Onboard all Business & Wealth data professionals to the Data Chapter.
- Ensure compliance with Delivery Excellence frameworks and standards as aligned to Group Transformation requirements.

**Position Requirements**:
**Competencies**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in strategy and organizational design.
- Extensive leadership experience managing cross-functional analytical and business teams.
- Strong technical understanding in tools and technology related to data.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong understanding of risk management in a complex environment and ensure adherence with Three Lines of Defence model and compliance obligations.
- Knowledge of the banking industry and financial products and services.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box to identify new opportunities and solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
