To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Performance and Productivity Lead **to join us on a Part Time basis on a 12-Month Fixed Term contract. This position ssupports the delivery of the site’s productivity and performance goals of improved efficiencies and reduced waste through targeted projects and interrogation of plant performance data.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with ANZ Productivity and Performance Team to identify key productivity opportunities to deliver the annual productivity target through ownership of a structured Ideation process
- Provide support to ANZ Productivity Managers and manufacturing site leadership team to implement changes to drive efficiency and operational improvements.
- Assist in analysis of performance data and validation of reporting systems to identify areas for change across Manufacturing and Logistics.
- Support the development of a lean culture across all functions in the business.

Qualifications:

- Experience with new process implementation and change management across a broad audience
- Knowledge of manufacturing and/or Supply Chain (FMCG) functions and snack food processes
