**Support Workers - Richmond (Concierge Model SIL)**:

Nextt is seeking compassionate and skilled **Support Workers** to join our Richmond-based team in a **Concierge Model Supported Independent Living (SIL)** service, supporting up to six independent clients living within the hub.

Our clients are highly independent but require assistance throughout their shifts with various tasks, including:

- Manual handling
- Cleaning and household supports
- Mobility and personal care assistance
- In-home support tailored to individual needs

**Skills & Experience**:

- Manual handling experience (essential)
- Understanding of mental health support
- Experience supporting clients with spinal injury, asthma, and mobility needs
- Behaviour support
- Medication assistance
- Complex bowel care
- Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) experience

**Shifts Available**:

- AM, PM, active nights, sleepovers
- Weekdays and weekends

**Casual Pay Rates (SCHADS Award - E3.1, Pre-Tax)**:

- Base rate (Mon-Fri): $35.15/hr
- Afternoon (8pm-midnight): $38.67/hr
- Active Night: $39.37/hr
- Saturday: $49.21/hr
- Sunday: $63.27/hr
- Public Holiday: $77.33/hr

**Essential Requirements (no exceptions)**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (Employee)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- **Access to a registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance is mandatory**
