Are you an experienced dental receptionist or professional with a flair for fabulous front desk service? **Hallett Cove Dental** is seeking a Part time Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team

**Job Description** Working days**: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday plus one Saturday morning per month.

As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face that greets our patients and the organizational whiz behind our smooth operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
- Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
- Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with file keeping and data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
