Our client based in Perth’s CBD is currently seeking a driven temporary Client Relationship Advisor.

**Your new role**
As a Client Relationship Advisor your responsibilities will include:

- Providing proactive service delivery to clients, ensuring needs are identified and in line with agreed service plans
- Presents to clients including client boards on insurance
- Analyse client performance and reports on trends to management
- Provide training to clients on insurance related matters
- Provide cover/ claims advice

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:

- Ability to provide contemporary practices in commercial insurance advice/ client servicing
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Well demonstrated communication skills and ability to network/ communication with a diverse range of people
- Strong customer service work ethic
- Experience preparing and presenting renewal reports to clients
