**About the role**

As part of the executive team of Reapit (ANZ) you will report directly to the Regional CEO (ANZ) and internationally to the Global CTO (UK). With overarching responsibility for over 100 staff across both onshore and offshore teams, this highly strategic role will see you partner with the CEO driving change and transformation across the group technology platforms. With full financial responsibility, you will manage budgets and profit and loss relating to your operational remit.

**About you**
- As a visionary you will be comfortable pushing the boundaries of technology in a highly evolving organisation.
- Strong management and leadership capabilities with proven evidence of nurturing and growing teams
- Superior commercial acumen and the ability to liaise successfully with external parties
- High level experience in collaborating with multiple business units globally to achieve company results
- Strong financial literacy including the ability to understand profit and loss statements and budgets
- A highly collaborative approach to workflow across the 3 brands
- A confident communicator who excels at senior executive level
- Thorough understanding of the various business units that make the technology landscape and how they interact to create an efficient machine.
- Proven success in delivering on unit and business targets using strategic approaches
