**Requirements**:

- Coaching & Competitive Experience: Minimum of 5 years of coaching experience. At least 8 years of competitive play experience, preferably at the state level or higher.
- Mastery of Badminton Skills: Comprehensive expertise in badminton techniques, including footwork, strokes, and game strategies.
- Player Analysis: Ability to effectively analyze player progression, gameplay, and performance to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Training Program Development: Proven experience in creating and implementing tailored training programs, from beginner to competition level, for both individual and group sessions.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams, fostering team spirit, and improving overall player performance.
- Market Evaluation & Business Planning: Capability to assess market trends and develop business plans to support the club's growth and success.
- Leadership, Management & Communication Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills, coupled with effective communication abilities.
- Passion for Badminton: A deep passion for the sport, driving enthusiasm, and a commitment to fostering success within our team.
