Full time Permanent Retail Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team at WM Management Pty Ltd, a reputable butcher shop located in Lidcombe, NSW. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards to meet customer needs.

Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, including setting competitive prices.

Promote and advertise our premium meat products and services to attract and retain customers.

Provide excellent customer service, including advising customers on product selection and use.

Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.

Manage budgeting for the store to ensure financial efficiency.

Oversee the selection, training, and supervision of staff to maintain a high-performing team.

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the food or butcher industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and marketing strategies.

Understanding of occupational health and safety standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound business decisions.
