**Job description**

Massive outdoor garden café in Robina looking for a long term superstar Barista. We are growing our amazing team as our business is growing. Immediate start is available for someone willing to add to our customer experience.

We are looking for a **PROFESSIONAL BARISTA / All-Rounder** interested in a casual, long term position for 3, 4 or 5 shifts per week with Saturdays and Sundays included.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
As a guide for your barista skills, our current baristas have between 3 and 14 years experience, so you will need to measure up.

You will need to demonstrate the ability to create 150+ silky smooth coffees per day and handle a busy coffee machine on your own, while wowing us with latte art. We expect a lot of your time will be making coffee, but we also want to see that you are a proper **CAFE ALL-ROUNDER** who has experience with all areas of a café operation from start to finish, including table service, cash register, dishes / cleaning, opening and closing and cold drinks (smoothies, fresh juices, milk shakes etc).

Our coffee machine is front and centre, so this is not a behind-the-scenes roleYou will need to prove that you have experience in a busy café environment providing outstanding, friendly service.

**SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS** **are needed,** and our roster hours range between 6am and 3pm, so no nights and no split shifts.

Our customers are used to very personal service, so this position will suit someone who truly enjoys treating customers as friends rather than just a docket number

**Who we are**:
Family owned and operated, Harvest Foodhouse does breakfast and lunch 7 days a week, dine in and takeaway. This is a busy local’s café with loads of regular customers we know by names, coffees and meals. We serve modern Australian cuisine including traditional breakfast and lunch favourites and a selection of signature dishes. With a 125 year old family tradition of baking, we are also very well known for our home made cakes, and of course the best coffee in town.

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
