**About your new role**

We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Hand to join our team at Aurum at BaptistCare David Buttfield Centre in Gwelup. Your role will be to provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to our valued customers. You will assist in delivering high-quality products while adhering to our established policies and procedures.

**Roster**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service: Consistently deliver high-quality service to both internal and external customers, meeting our prescribed service standards.
- Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare food and beverage products according to our standard operating procedures and duty statements.
- Cleaning Tasks: Complete cleaning tasks as outlined in our standard operating procedures or as directed by the Chef on duty.
- Communication: Inform the Chef on duty of any catering-related issues or needs as they arise.
- Operational Cleaning: Fulfill any operational cleaning requirements as needed or directed by the Chef on duty.
- Team Meetings: Attend team meetings as required to stay informed and engaged with our team.

**About you**:
To be considered for this role you should have
- The ability to align to our Values
- A good understanding of HACCP/food safety programs
- A passion for delivering great service and a fantastic eye for detail
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a high-performing team
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Capacity to lift up to 20kg
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical
- Ability to pass a National Police Check
