Supporting you throughout your journey is a team and a store-based Boutique Manager to ensure you are supported to deliver strong sales and growth within our business.

**We are seeking a leader who will**:

- Be an energetic, passionate & hands-on leader who has an innate sense of style and ability to style others
- Lead by example & strive to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Nurture a culture of success, collaboration & FUN
- Actively coach, train & motivate your team
- Be responsible for all aspects of retail manager including store operations, recruitment, performance management & training
- Executive promotional & visual merchandising (VM) initiatives with the vision & direction of the VM team
- Have a passion for coaching and leadership of your team to be strong brand ambassadors and continue to build on a strong supportive team culture

**To be considered you will have experience in**:

- Leading a retail team towards delivering best in class KPIs and achieving store targets
- Have similar experience in a fast paced environment & high volume retail - Premium retail experience not essential
- Being organised with demonstrated experience operating a high stock volume and fast paced business
- Supporting retail recruitment, performance management & training
- Delivering promotional & visual merchandising initiatives effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
