Saluti by Novella is seeking a dynamic and bubbly individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Event Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone young, enthusiastic and eager to be a key player in making events extraordinary

**Work days are Friday, Saturday & Sunday.**

Key responsibilities:
**Reception Skills**:assist with inquiries, reservations, and greet our diners. Be confident in handling payments

**Plan and Manage Events**:menu selection, floor plans and scheduling

**Customer Service**:provide outstanding service to our clients, ensuring all of their needs are met with a smile.

**Problem Solving**:handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism and dealing with difficult customers

**Team Collaboration**: work closely with kitchen, service staff and management to ensure events run smoothly.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Work Location: In person
