** About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking service delivering a contemporary curriculum that values innovation, nature play, and connection with community.

As part of our program, you’ll have the chance to engage in a range of experiences including bush play, tinkering, movement, and Indigenous learning. Educators are expected to uphold the Centre’s philosophy, the Rights of the Child, and the**ECA Code **of**Ethics**,** ensuring an inclusive program for every child.

** Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with children through meaningful interactions across daily activities and learning groups.
- Support children to develop functional play, communication, and learning skills.
- Actively supervise children to ensure safety and wellbeing in all environments.
- Contribute to program planning, curriculum meetings, and critical reflection.
- Attend to daily routines and shared tasks including cooking experiences, cleaning, and maintaining learning spaces.
- Develop and maintain learning portfolios and documentation to monitor children’s development.
- Collaborate with families, colleagues, and external professionals to support individual learning goals.

** About You**
- Hold (or be working towards) an approved Early Childhood Education qualification (Certificate III, Diploma or equivalent).
- Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive practice and child-centred learning.
- Value collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement.
- Enjoy contributing to innovative practices and professional dialogue.
- Have a passion for building strong relationships with children, families, and the community.
