We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Educators with a Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education to join our centres at Shellharbour and Albion Park, NSW.

As an Early Childhood Educator, your core responsibilities will be to:

- Plan, supervise and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies,
- Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with the focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service
- Establish and maintain team relationship with other early childhood educators
- Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with the parents

What we are looking for
- A completed Certificate 3 or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Current/Valid working With Children's Check (WWC) and First Aid Certificates
- The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team.
- A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long-term career
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care.
- Must be COVID-19 vaccinated as per the Public Health Order (Evidence required)

**Salary**: From $24.76 per hour
