**What this job involves**:
We are seeking an Analyst to join JLL’s market-leading Agribusiness Capital Markets team and be responsible for the transaction of agribusiness assets Nationally across multiple commodities and sectors.
The main objective of this role is to be provide analytical and marketing support to the to increase their effectiveness and financial performance in the national market.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Manage a range of critical and analytical tasks, undertaking detailed due diligence of agricultural properties to provide a pricing assessment, market analysis, potential and risks, and value add strategies.
Co-ordination of marketing campaigns and manage campaign Due Diligence queries and provide fast and accurate responses.
Liaise with various external and internal stakeholders to write and produce detailed property marketing material (Information Memorandums, Executive Summaries, Videos, Online etc.).
Assist in preparation of pitch documents and submissions for new business.
Source, collect and collate sales evidence and preparation of detailed Sales Analyses.
Assist in identifying and profiling major sales opportunities.
**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs in particular Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher and Outlook
Experience in general property industry is desirable.
Tertiary Qualification with Valuation, Capital Transactions or Investment Management Analyst experience.
Understanding of investment market dynamics
Appropriate technical skills in understanding commercial property, pricing analysis, ability to describe and understand commercial property influencers
Ability to write quality reports, business pursuit submissions, advertising material and management of these processes
