**Online Receptionist / Administrator Role**:

- Full-Time | Permanent | Immediate Start | $21.38 - 27.00 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and directing incoming/outbound guests and clients and providing a high standard of professional customer service
- Handling and directing all inbound calls, and actioning outbound calls as required
- Coordinate inspections, appointments and bookings
- Engaging and sending out of work orders to contractors or staff
- Assist and support property managers in carrying out administrative duties
- File and document management
- Maintain petty cash records and financials
- Collection of payments and sending out of invoices
- Performance of small office tasks, and managing deadlines

**Essentials**:

- Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in customer service or similar role
- Experience and knowledge in any real estate, hotel, accommodation industry will be highly regarded but not required
- High-level computer skills and knowledge
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
- Demonstrate a high degree of customer-first initiative
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Demonstrate a high-level of problem solving
- Excellent ability to work within team
- Ability to learn, adapt and continue development in the workplace

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $44,500.00 - $56,160.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Padstow, NSW 2211: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration or Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Applications: 1 year (required)
- Real Estate/Hotel/Accommodation: 1 year (preferred)
