Gutter Cleaning Technician

Position: Gutter-Vac Technician

Do you like to work outdoors? Are you ok with working at heights? We are looking for a well-presented, customer service orientated technician for our vacuum gutter cleaning business.

This is a casual position, working up to 5 days a week, but for the right person, who demonstrates their ability to work well in a team and individually, complete tasks on time and to a high standard, and communicate well with our customers, this could lead to a full time position.

Please note: This position involves working at heights, up and down ladders and working on a roof. You MUST be comfortable working at heights (All safety gear will be supplied).

This can be a physically demanding role so being reasonably fit is a must.

The day to day work of this role involves driving to sites and operating our specialised wet/dry vacuum equipment to clean gutters of all types. We also provide a range of other services including, but not limited to, pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, gutter guard installation, bird proofing.

We work with both domestic and commercial customers. You will be completing services & working on your own & as a pair from time to time. So, we are looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated and interested in learning a wide range of new skills.

To carry out this work, you MUST HAVE:

- Drivers licence,
- Be fully vaccinated due to working in aged care,

You MUST HAVE or be able to obtain

*National police check (if you hold already, must be no more than 12 months old)

*Working with children check (Blue card)

We have many commercial clients who require all technicians to hold the above checks/certifications.

The following licences/ certifications are not required but will be advantageous:
*Working at heights certification (Working at heights training in our Safety Equipment will be provided for the right applicant)

*Construction Induction card

*EWP tickets

*Experience towing and reversing a trailer is also advantageous.

Based in Cockatoo and servicing the Yarra Ranges / Berwick and surrounding areas
