Coffin and Casket Maker

ACC Higgins is one of Australia’s largest and best-regarded coffin and casket manufacturers in Australia. ACC Higgins has a manufacturing base and office in Malaga, Perth which services Funeral Directors across Western Australia. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled timber specialist to join our group and build a long-term career.

You are ‘Hands On’ with a strong timber and assembly skills who will build rapport with customers, industry stakeholders and the production team. You will support the Production Manager in day-to-day factory operations. Your key duties will include interpreting plans and drawings, analysing specifications, drawings and work orders to meet requirements, selecting and working with materials, assembling coffins, caskets and fittings, involvement in continuous improvement and production efficiency processes and logistics to ensure that company quality and delivery standards are consistently met.
