Scoopy CBD located is looking for a Store Manager to help manage our desserts and team. Situated on the heritage listed Guildford Lane in the Melbourne CBD.

This role is well suited to a hospitality professional who is able to work independently and able to drive a small team of shift managers and team members.

Here are a few highlights you will be responsible for:

- Improve and optimizing our training standards
- Staff rostering, In-store time management & the ablilty to multi task
- Maintaining high standards of product quality and cleanliness
- Managing day-to-day operations including opening & closing procedures when shifted on.
- Conduct meetings with your shift managers to understand their needs and wants
- Driving any marketing initiative for the store with the help of the Marketing team
- Be a part of a forward-thinking and influential dessert cafe
- Have proven experience in leading a team and at least 1 years experience in a management role
- Have strong communication skills and leadership skills
- Posess a high level of spoken and written English
- Have basic computer skills
- Posess a willingness to learn and contribute to positive business outcomes and goals
- Love customer service and enjoy looking after all of our customers
- Enjoy a busy and dynamic workplace

This is a Full Time position, at 38 hours per week, with one fri/sat day required.
