**Job Description** Join a dynamic, passionate and highly skilled Morwell team. You will make a valuable contribution as a Rehabilitation Consultant.**
- Work collaboratively with injured workers, potential employers, and your internal team of allied health professionals to provide safe, sustainable opportunities for workers to re-enter the workforce;
- Provide vocational counselling services to support injured workers utilising your motivational interviewing skills.
- Contribute to injured workers ability to achieve return to work goals through job skills development, confidence building and promoting independence;
- Empower clients to effectively present their skills and abilities when seeking employment;
- Build strong relationships with local employers and organisations;
- Complete written progress and various other reports on a regular basis.

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology or Social Work
- Associate or Full ASORC Membership, Provisional or Full AHPRA registration or Full AASW Membership
- Experience in Occupational and/ or Vocational Rehabilitation is highly desirable
- Strong resume writing skills with an understanding of local labour market;
- A passion for assisting people to gain employment and enhance their careers;
- The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
- Current driver licence and motor vehicle.
