Team members receive support to achieve the skills required to deliver individualised disability support services - a great opportunity to improve and enhance your skills or transition from a different industry.

**DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- Assistance with Personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Community participation

**SHIFT TIMES**:
Shift times available are:

- Wednesday: 0700 - 1500
- Thursday: 0300 - 2100 and 1600 - 2300

**REQUIREMENTS***:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up to date COVID-19 Vaccination mandatory (including 3rd dose/booster)
