**About The Opportunity**

As a Junior Content Creator, you will be an essential part of our content team, contributing to the creation of engaging and compelling content across our platforms. You will work closely with our senior content creator to develop engaging content that will help mining professionals better utilise our software.

Other responsibilities include:

- Assist in the creation of high-quality content for our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Begin your journey as a video editor working on a significant project. You'll play a key role in creating self-paced training content for an exciting new product launch.
- You'll edit and upload software demonstrations recorded by product experts to the learning management system.
- Over time, expand your knowledge and be involved in management and administration of our LMS.
- In the long term, your role may grow to include instructional design. Collaborate with product and support specialists to gather requirements and create digital learning content for our LMS.

**About You**

This role will be ideal for someone who has recently graduated from university with a relevant degree, such as writing, interactive and visual design, IT, film and television production, education, or a related field.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- You have skills or a strong interest in video editing and developing digital learning content. An interest or skills in motion graphics would be a plus.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You're excited by technology and eager to learn how to use software, including AI-powered content creation tools.
- You have a growth mindset, constantly seeking to improve and find new ways to achieve your goals. You welcome feedback and use it to grow over time.
