**About the role & duties involved**:

- To create a positive environment that contributes to the success of being recognised as the leading provider of innovative Fitness and Leisure opportunities in Australia
- To provide excellent customer service to all participants prior, during and post class
- To ensure all clients are exercising in a safe and effective manner
- Responsibility to report any incident or unsafe practices
- Ensure all records and timesheets are updated correctly
- Satisfy all customer needs and exceed customer expectations
- Treating all customers with respect and ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly and thoroughly
- Ensure that all work areas are kept in a safe, clean and tidy condition so that all operations are systematically carried out in a clean environment
- Promote all products, services and programs in a positive and creative manner

**To be considered for this role, you will have**:

- Ability to design and modify engaging and balanced workout routines that will suit our members’ various fitness levels and goals
- Ability to motivate, provide clear instructions and personalised feedback that creates a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within the group
- Knowledge of safety standards and ability to create a safe environment and handle emergency situations
- Demonstrated experience and certification in delivering engaging classes: ABT (Abs, Butts and Thighs), Aqua, BodyAttack, BodyBalance, BodyCombat, BodyPump, Box Fit, Club Fiesta, Clubbercise, Pilates, RPM, Yoga, Yogalates, Zumba
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR certificate
