**Key Responsibilities**: Join our dedicated team and make a difference As a caregiver at Forest Lake Lodge, you will:

- Understand your residents deeply, responding promptly to their preferences and health changes.
- Ensure the daily care, safety, and well-being of our residents.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses to deliver personalised care through care planning and support initiatives.
- Foster clear communication with families, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Uphold our mission by leading by example, following policies, and maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives, making a positive impact through your feedback.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in aged care or disability support.
- Current first aid and CPR certificate (desirable).
- Medication endorsement (highly desirable).

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in elderly or disabled care, especially with dementia patients.
- Reliability and commitment to the Forest Lake Lodge family.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Energetic and dynamic, with excellent time management skills.
- Quick learner, proficient in basic IT systems.
- Multilingual - Vietnamese desirable.
