**The Role**

We’re seeking a **Cleaning & Environmental Services Supervisor** to join our Property Services team at Crown Melbourne. Reporting to the Head of Property Operations, this role is responsible for supervising our cleaning contractors to ensure high standards of property presentation across the complex.

You’ll oversee auditing, compliance, and contractor performance, while driving sustainability initiatives and maintaining waste management standards. This role is pivotal in ensuring Crown’s facilities remain clean, safe, and environmentally responsible.

**The Role**
- Conduct and oversee audits to ensure monthly targets are met
- Manage contractor performance and compliance documentation
- Monitor and order consumables in collaboration with contractors
- Oversee the Hard Flooring Program and ensure schedules are maintained
- Monitor waste disposal and diversion rates, and address contamination issues
- Liaise with internal departments and external contractors to uphold service standards
- Support budget planning and contract negotiations
- Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance across operations

**About you**
- Extensive customer service and operational cleaning management experience
- Ability to work FT across a 7 day rotation, between the hours of 6am-1am (8 hour shifts)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Advanced people leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all level
- Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a proactive leadership style
