Due to an internal promotion, we have a rare and exciting opportunity for a seasoned Store Manager to join the By Charlotte brand and contribute to our continued success.

**The Role**

We are seeking a Full-Time Boutique Manager based in Paddington to lead our team to success and align with the empowering culture we have fostered at By Charlotte.

This role will work closely with our Cluster Manager and other key internal By Charlotte stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Maintain an exceptional level of service by always leading by example in communication and customer engagement.**:

- **Review store performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to share feedback with the wider team and develop strategies and key focus areas for improvement.**:

- **Provide specific coaching and feedback to drive team performance in sales, operations and customer service.**:

- **Offer ongoing coaching opportunities to all team members in product knowledge, storytelling and selling skills to develop best-in-business product and service experts.**:

- **Implement targeted sales strategies to ensure growth outcomes and set targets are achieved within the store.**:

- **Manage inventory and ensure the store is well-stocked and presented against business guidelines.**:

- **Monitor traffic trends and effective rostering to achieve maximum sales potential.**:

- **Educate HQ on customer profiles and purchasing behaviours.**:

- **Uphold relevant policies and procedures to ensure team comprehension and compliance, brand spirit and culture.**:

- **Always maintains a safe working environment aligned with Work health and safety standards and guidelines.**
